Mental Health Support for Seniors
"Just as we take care of our physical health as we get older, taking care of our mental health is equally as important."
"Thank you for looking at my website. I provide one-to-one mental health support for seniors; both individually at home, and at retirement homes, community residences, care homes, sheltered housing etc.
Now in my early 60s, with a wealth of life-experiences - as well as extensive training over various platforms - I am able provide a very high level of empathic care, support, conversation and friendship to those struggling with their mental health, or who may be experiencing feelings of loneliness and isolation, anywhere in Norfolk.
I also provide 'Mental Health Support' patrols at community and charity events, music festivals, sporting events, local fêtes etc. Please click below for further details."
Robin Barratt - Self-employed Mental Health Support worker.

I also voluntarily run Poetry for Mental Health. Formed at the outbreak of Covid by helping people cope mentally by motivating them to write poetry, five years, five books, and thousands of pieces of poetry later, Poetry For Mental Health has supported many hundreds (if not thousands) of people around the world by inspiring them to write poetry for positive mental health. With over 1500 visitors a month, it is probably the largest and most visited website for poetry and mental health on the net!
"The importance of receiving mental health support is the
key to helping a person avoid suffering in later life."
